Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)50 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Lucano)22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amaro (e.g. lucano), fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, honey and water syrup, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
