Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves14
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Champagne30 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with champagne
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
