Ingredients
- Spiced rum40 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth25 ml
- Red bitter liqueur25 ml
- Pedro Ximénez sherry5 ml
Method
- Add spiced rum, rosso/sweet vermouth, red bitter liqueur, and pedro ximénez sherry to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
