- Red Pineau60 ml
- Aged agricole rhum15 ml
- Amontillado sherry15 ml
- Mole bitters1 dash
Method
- Add red pineau, aged agricole rhum, amontillado sherry, and mole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
