Ingredients
- Cachaça (unaged)50 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth15 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Hop grapefruit bitters1 dash
Method
- Add cachaça (unaged), rosso/sweet vermouth, cynar/carciofo amaro, and hop grapefruit bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
