Ingredients
- Aged Rum30 ml
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), fresh lime juice, rosolio bergamotto, rich simple syrup, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
