Ingredients
- Gin25 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh25 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo20 ml
- OP high ester aged pot still rum5 ml
Method
- Add gin, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, orange-red aperitivo, and op high ester aged pot still rum to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
