Ingredients
- Dark/black rum30 ml
- Blue curaçao liqueur7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Grenadine syrup7.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake dark/black rum, blue curaçao liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
