Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)52.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Falernum liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, dry vermouth, falernum liqueur, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
