Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)50 ml
- Banana (yellow) sugar syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Sparkling Water120 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), banana (yellow) sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
