Ingredients
- White Rum30 ml
- Vodka30 ml
- Orange Liqueur15 ml
- Pineapple Juice60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice7.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add white rum, vodka, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
