Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves14
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Pineapple liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, pineapple juice, pineapple liqueur, and fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
