Ingredients
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Pineapple Juice30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
