Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Agricole rhum (unaged)10 ml
- Pineapple syrup10 ml
- Pineapple Juice80 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Cream of coconut20 ml
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
- Whipping cream7.5 ml
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add aged rum, agricole rhum (unaged), pineapple syrup, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, cream of coconut, saline solution 4:1, whipping cream, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
