Ingredients
- White Rum2 oz
- Dark Rum1 oz
- Pineapple Juice3 oz
- Cream of Coconut2 oz
- Crushed Ice1 cup
- Pineapple Wedge1 piece
- Maraschino Cherry1 piece
Method
- In blender, combine 2 oz white rum
- Add 1 oz dark rum
- Add 3 oz pineapple juice
- Add 2 oz cream of coconut
- Add 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into hurricane glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry
