Ingredients
- White Rum50 ml
- Elderflower liqueur25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice25 ml
- Aromatic bitters4 dash
- fresh Mint leaves4
- Honey1 barspoon
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add white rum, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and honey
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
