Ingredients
- Pear purée30 ml
- Cachaça (unaged)30 ml
- Licor 4315 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
Method
- Add pear purée, cachaça (unaged), and licor 43 to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into champagne flute
