Ingredients
- Mezcal2 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.75 oz
- Agave Syrup0.5 oz
- Cucumber Slices3 pieces
- Bell Pepper Slices2 pieces
- Cucumber Slice1 piece
Method
- Muddle cucumber and bell pepper in shaker
- Add mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with cucumber slice
