- Mezcal1 oz
- Aperol0.75 oz
- Maraschino Liqueur0.5 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.75 oz
- Grapefruit Peel1 twist
Method
- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe
- Garnish with grapefruit peel
