Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Cognac (brandy)15 ml
- Peach schnapps15 ml
- Cold breakfast tea30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), cognac (brandy), peach schnapps, cold breakfast tea, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
