- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml
- Champagne45 ml
Method
- Add 1⁄2 fresh passion fruit, white overproof rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and passion fruit syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with champagne
