Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves12
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Passionfruit liqueur15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Passion fruit syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, passionfruit liqueur, fresh lime juice, and passion fruit syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
