Ingredients
- Tsipouro50 ml
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)20 ml
- Vanilla sugar12.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
Method
- Add tsipouro, navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), vanilla sugar, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
