Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)22.5 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Nonino)22.5 ml
- Orange-red aperitivo22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), amaro (e.g. nonino), orange-red aperitivo, fresh lemon juice, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
