Ingredients
- Celery juice15 ml
- White Rum60 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth20 ml
- Fino sherry10 ml
- Elderflower liqueur5 ml
Method
- Add celery juice, white rum, bianco/blanco vermouth, fino sherry, and elderflower liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
