Ingredients
- Pineapple (fresh)3 wedge
- Aged rum (6-10yr)45 ml
- Chartreuse Green10 ml
- White crème de cacao10 ml
- Pineapple Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Add pineapple (fresh), aged rum (6-10yr), chartreuse green, white crème de cacao, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
