Ingredients
- Cachaça (unaged)60 ml
- Apple juice45 ml
- Fino sherry10 ml
- White crème de cacao7.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
Method
- Add cachaça (unaged), apple juice, fino sherry, white crème de cacao, and orgeat syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
