- Fino sherry30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add white rum, fino sherry, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled champagne flute
