Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, creole bitters, saline solution 4:1, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
