Ingredients
- White overproof rum30 ml
- Chartreuse Yellow20 ml
- Falernum liqueur20 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- 1⁄2 fresh Banana
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- Add white overproof rum, chartreuse yellow, falernum liqueur, fresh lime juice, 1⁄2 fresh banana, and 1⁄4 barspoon xanthan gum (e415) to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
