- Agricole rhum (unaged)45 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Ginger beer100 ml
Method
- Add agricole rhum (unaged), fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with ginger beer
