Ingredients
- Aged Jamaican rum45 ml
- White Rum30 ml
- Coffee liqueur22.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
Method
- Add aged jamaican rum, white rum, coffee liqueur, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
