Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves10
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 dash
- White Rum60 ml
- Sparkling Water50 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, saline solution 4:1, and white rum
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
