Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves14
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Sparkling Water15 ml
- Daiquiri bitters8 drop
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and daiquiri bitters
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
