Ingredients
- White Rum2 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice1 oz
- Simple Syrup0.75 oz
- Fresh Mint Leaves10 pieces
- Soda Water4 oz
- Fresh Mint Sprig1 piece
- Lime Wheel1 piece
Method
- In highball glass, gently muddle 8-10 fresh mint leaves with 0.75 oz simple syrup
- Add 2 oz white rum
- Add 1 oz fresh lime juice
- Fill with ice
- Top with soda water
- Gently stir
- Garnish with fresh mint sprig and lime wheel
