Don the Beachcomber's 1940s tropical — light rum blended with fresh mint, pineapple, honey, peach brandy, and lime. A frozen drink before frozen drinks were everywhere.

Ingredients
- Light Rum1.5 oz
- Peach Brandy0.5 oz
- Pineapple Juice1 oz
- Fresh Lime Juice0.5 oz
- Honey Syrup0.5 oz
- Fresh Mint Leaves1 cup
- Mint Sprig1 piece
Method
- Add all ingredients to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Flash-blend 5 seconds
- Pour unstrained into tiki mug or hurricane glass
- Garnish with mint sprig
