Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur2.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
Method
- Add aged rum, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, maraschino liqueur, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
