Ingredients
- Vanilla rum45 ml
- Mead30 ml
- Pineapple Juice37.5 ml
- Honey and water syrup7.5 ml
- Vanilla bitters1 dash
Method
- Add vanilla rum, mead, pineapple juice, honey and water syrup, and vanilla bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
