Ingredients
- Aged Rum50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice20 ml
- Blackcurrant syrup15 ml
- Absinthe1.25 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Add aged rum, fresh lime juice, blackcurrant syrup, absinthe, and saline solution 4:1 to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
