Ingredients
- Orange marmalade2 barspoon
- Cachaça (unaged)60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake orange marmalade, cachaça (unaged), fresh lemon juice, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
