Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves2
- White Rum60 ml
- Pear purée15 ml
- Orgeat syrup7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
Method
- Add white rum, pear purée, orgeat syrup, and fresh lime juice to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
