Ingredients
- White overproof rum60 ml
- Mango purée90 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup22.5 ml
Method
- Add white overproof rum, mango purée, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to blender with 1 cup crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into collins glass
