- White Rum50 ml
- Ruby port15 ml
- Oloroso sherry10 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters1 dash
Method
- Add white rum, ruby port, oloroso sherry, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
