Ingredients
- Spiced rum50 ml
- Peach liqueur22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake spiced rum, peach liqueur, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), aromatic bitters, and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
