Ingredients
- Red bell pepper2 slice
- fresh Basil leaves7
- White Rum30 ml
- Vanilla rum30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Grapefruit Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add red bell pepper, white rum, vanilla rum, fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and rich simple syrup
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
