- White Rum50 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Pastis2.5 ml
- Water10 ml
Method
- Add banana, white rum, dry vermouth, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, pastis, and water to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
