Ingredients
- Aged rum (6-10yr)60 ml
- Pineapple Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup15 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
Method
- Add aged rum (6-10yr), pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, orgeat syrup, and creole bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
