Ingredients
- Aged Rum60 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh30 ml
- Fernet liqueur7.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur7.5 ml
Method
- Add aged rum, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, fernet liqueur, and maraschino liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
