Knickerbocker Punch
Classic · Rum · Highball glass
From Modern American Drinks by George J. Kappeler (1900). Original recipe: "Fill a mixing-glass half-full fine ice, add half a tablespoonful fine sugar, three dashes pineapple syrup, three dashes curaçoa, the juice of half a lemon, one jigger St. Croix rum; mix well, strain into a fancy bar-glass, trim with fruit."

Ingredients
- Sugar0.25 tbsp
- pineapple syrup3 dashes
- curaçoa3 dashes
- St2 oz
Method
- Add sugar, pineapple syrup, curaçoa, and st to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled highball glass
