Ingredients
- White Rum45 ml
- Amaretto liqueur30 ml
- Navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.)15 ml
- White overproof rum7.5 ml
- Pineapple Juice90 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice7.5 ml
- Prosecco30 ml
Method
- Add white rum, amaretto liqueur, navy rum (ideally circa 55% alc./vol.), white overproof rum, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with prosecco
